Conditions by cancellation, no-show and premature departure:

The following cancellation fee has to be paid when withdrawing from the online-booking:

• Cancellations and changes made up to 5 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
• Cancellations and changes made late, as well as non-arrivals, will be charged at the full rate.

Fees are calculated from date when cancellation notice is received by the hotel.
We are sure you will understand that we cannot take into account early departure due to unfavourable weather conditions.

Information when booking a Non-Cancellable Rate:
Hotel Caprice charges your credit card immediately upon booking. There is no refund in case of cancellation, change or no-show.

We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance!

Rate and payment

The prices result from the booking confirmation and/or the price list. The hotel is entitled to demand a reasonable pre-payment upon receipt of your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final hotel invoice or the cancellation fees. The hotel may require a credit card guarantee instead of a deposit. The final invoice must be paid at check-out in cash or with an accepted credit card.

Please note that the hotel provides for a cash payment 1% cash discount (excl. Tourist / ticket / ski passes).

Please note that we have indicated in the price list a price range from ... to. The effective prices within our booking platform may vary within the respective season from day to day. For stays of 3 nights or more, we offer you from a long-stay discount up to 7% (except on Christmas and New Year).

Some of our rooms can be expanded with an extra bed for adults and children. We charge per person & night:

• Children (<5 years) for free
• Children (<12 years) CHF 35.00
• Children (<16 years) CHF 65.00
• Adults CHF 90.00

Dogs are welcomed and will be charged with a flat rate of CHF 50.00. This flat price does not include food for the dog.

We offer in cooperation with the restaurant Edelweiss an optional half board (5-course menu) per person for a price of CHF 35.00.

All listed options can be booked direct online through the eConcierge of our booking platform.

Touristic tax

• Visitor Tax (CHF 3.20) and Accommodation Tax CHF 1.00) per Person and night will be charged separately.

Check-In and Check-Out

The rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Guests should occupy the room by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. The hotel should be notified in advance of late arrival; otherwise the hotel has the right to release the room to another party.
